Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rust Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time permanent position in the AI Security space that offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable software solutions using Rust programming language. You will work closely with our team of talented engineers to design and implement high-quality software solutions, ensuring system consistency and improving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Rust code. 2. Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic. 3. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems. 4. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and translate them into pragmatic and effective technical solutions. 5. Deploy applications on GCP using technologies such as Compute Engine and Cloud Functions. 6. Use Terraform for infrastructure as code to automate and manage infrastructure. 7. Design and implement RESTful APIs. 8. Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration. 9. Maintain code integrity and organization, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2. 5+ years of experience as a Rust Backend Engineer or similar role. 3. Proficiency in Rust programming language. 4. Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Compute Engine, and Cloud Functions. 5. Solid experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code. 6. Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs. 7. Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration. 8. Strong understanding of data structures, system design, and algorithms. 9. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
