Local CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview

• Strong pay built for local work. Drivers earn up to $90,000 per year with a 75CPM base rate plus a 15CPM performance bonus - up to 90CPM all in. Weekly averages around $1,703.*
• Home every day. This is a true local position - consistent routes within 200 miles of Shelbyville, IN, with home time at the end of every shift.
• Shifts built around local freight. Expect average 8-hour shifts with start times ranging from 7 PM to 4 AM, with the bulk of loads going out between 10 PM and 4 AM.
• Scheduling that works. Drivers receive one set weekend day off per week plus one floating weekday off during non-peak season.
• Freight that's close and consistent. This is a touch-freight position hauling refrigerated grocery loads with pallet jack and some hand unloading on established local lanes.
• Pay that grows with you. A 3CPM increase is available at one year of service.*
